Why do we charge a packaging fee?

• Because most of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind items, we carefully select and pack each order by hand. The small packaging fee just covers our cost for preparing your order for shipment.

Ordering Policy

• We strive to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2 - 8 business days from the date of shipment via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex Ground Service. You may select Express Shipping for an additional charge.
  
  
• We do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Gifts are packed in heavy cardboard boxes surrounded by plenty of packing materials (please recycle or re-use this box and its contents) to reduce shifting during shipping. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with the carrier accordingly. Please retain all packing materials for the claims process.
